When does CBD oil expire?

How to take CBD oil?

There are several ways to consume CBD oil. The most common are:

Oral – Place a drop of CBD oil under the tongue for approx. 60 seconds, then swallow.
In e-cigarettes – The oil is consumed through a special e-cigarette where it evaporates. This is good for reducing bad substances like toxins.
In capsules – Many users of CBD oil do not like the taste and therefore take capsules containing the oil instead. Thus, the user also knows what exact amount of CBD oil they are taking.
Pills – If the user cannot swallow capsules, there are also suppositories.
Chewing gum – Several users of CBD oil also start chewing gum. This is an effective method when you are travelling.

What is CBD?

CBD is an abbreviation for “Cannabidiol,” which is one of the most prominent substances in the cannabis plant. CBD is therefore extracted from the plant into a special oil that can be used for medical use.

Should I take CBD oil in capsules or as drops?

It is completely individual. Some people do not like to swallow capsules, and therefore choose the CBD oil in drip form. However, it should be noted that if the CBD oil is consumed through capsules, the uptake time will be longer as they must dissolve in the stomach before the effect occurs. Common to both, however, is that consuming CBD oil is much healthier, rather than smoking cannabis.

How fast does CBD work?

The effect of CBD oil usually comes quickly and most people report significant differences within the first 14 days. However, it is individually how quickly the effect occurs.

Will you be “high” by CBD oil?

You will not experience a euphoric effect of CBD oil, because it is the cannabinoid THC that affects the nervous system and makes you affected. However, CBD oil contains a very small proportion of THC, but it does not affect your nervous system to the extent that you become high. It is illegal to consume greater THC than 0.2 mg. per liter because it has a euphoric effect.
